I suggest you purchase one from this brand then install apcupsd on your
server. If you need any help with the configuration just let me know,
however the comments in the config file make it pretty obvious.
Somebody on a building site about 300m away once put a JCB through the
11kV feed to my neighbourhood. The UPS kicked in and after a while the
server shut itself down in an orderly fashion. When the cable was
repaired and the fuses put back in the local substation transformer,
the server rebooted without any intervention from me and all was well.

The model I am using is the APC Back-UPS Pro, 330 Watts/550 VA. It is
temporarily out of stock at ebuyer at the moment. I just did a quick
search of eBay. APC units are readily available there too, at least in
the UK, some used, some brand new. I would be amazed if you can't
purchase one from somewhere in the EU.
