18.04 *.desktop file not working in 20.04

Hi all

On my 18.04.5 (32bit) netbook I have .local/share/applications/Pegasus.desktop 
(later it changed to just Pegasus) that works fine, displays an icon on the 
launcher, and starts my mail client under Wine (3.x thru 6.0) 

I copied the same file, to same location on 20.04.2 (64bit) and it does 
nothing, no icon (even after a hard reboot) has the process changed ?
