Full upgrade request from Ubuntu updater

Well, yes. What puzzles me is what *lubuntu* upgrader is doing
triggering on vanilla GNOME Ubuntu.

If it were me, I'd do:
sudo -s
apt update ; apy full-upgrade -y ; apt autoremove -y ; apt purge ; apt clean

Then reboot and see if it stops nagging.

I go round all my *buntu boxes, and do this every time I log in. I
just pull it back from the history and rerun it.
