Zoom client on lubuntu 18.4

There is not, nor in any later version of Ubuntu/Lubuntu/etc.

The way I do this is "snap install zoom-client".  For proprietary
software I much prefer to have some kind of confinement rather than
installing an unconfined .deb directly.
