Sending Large files with linux

Yes.

Almost certainly, your best bet is to set up a Windows share on the
Windows side, mount it on the Linux side, then copy the file in Linux.

Alternatively, if the Windows machine supports RDP, use Remmina on
Linux to RDP into the Windows system from the Linux system. When
setting up the connection in Remmina, specify the local location of the
source file as a "share folder", then once you are connected you can
just drag and drop the file in Windows.

There are literally dozens of ways to achieve this, but they all depend
on what resources you have available at each end.

One simple and foolproof way to transfer any file is to copy it onto
portable storage and then copy it off that onto the destination system.
It takes longer and it isn't sexy, but it is way the simplest method. 

On the other hand, once you have a networked method set up that works,
you can use it again and again.
