Is Gparted not available via a VNC session?

So do you have any advice as to how I can get Gparted showing?
Do I have tp physically dig out the laptop and open it to the LCD screen to be
able to use GParted?

All other GUI applications work just fine via VNC,
So far GParted is the only one misbehaving...
