Wayland on 20.04.3

I see this as a process :

 1883 tty1     Sl+    0:00 /usr/bin/Xwayland :1024 -rootless -noreset
-accessx -core -auth /run/user/122/.mutter-Xwaylandauth.S60U80 -listen 4
-listen 5 -displayfd 6 -listen 7

When this is part of my /etc/gdm3/custom.conf file

[daemon]
waylandEnable=false
DefaultSession=gnome-xorg.desktop

Why would that be ?
