I am not an _expert_ at troubleshooting X but that looks all right to me.
Are you able to try different monitor connections?
What desktop do you use?
E.g. I think for KDE it's `startkde` instead.

Yes, I know, but it's the best I could find. I encourage you to Google
for yourself, there may be better. I am a little hungover today and
not at my sharpest... :-/
