That is one of the better examples I've seen - thanks. However, I've
seen too many potential problems, sometimes for exotic/unusual reasons,
with dozens of suggested techniques. With only a couple of hundred
errors in perhaps 100K files and 2000 directories, it is looking too
risky to run anything, and I'll likely just do them by hand.
