autoinstall 2G fails 4G works

I am trying to figure out why the 2G RAM install fails and the 4G ram
works. (that is all I change).

This diff may help someone (first one is the 2G RAM-  NOTE: THERE IS NO
'init' section)

So 2G ram has init-local - then GOES to modules:config
the 4G ram has init-local - then init - then goes to modules-config
