Thank you Kai,
the rendering is ok and also slow, but instead of showing how the image
gets build up, it takes a while and then the finished image is shown. I
didn't find the 'lighttable mode'. However, switching between multiple
instances of Digicam windows works very quick and flawlessly.
No flashing, no unfinished images, that's good.
Viewing RAW images works well, too.
I only need a viewer, so the problem is solved. It would be nice, if it
would be a little bit faster.
If editing a photo is wanted I'll do it with an iPad Pro 3rd gen
12.9", since the software is way better than Krita or GIMP and it's
quasi a tablet with integrated monitor, making it possible to watch the
Apple pencil and the monitor at the same time, so it's like workingwith
pencil and paper. OTOH due to the size viewing and comparing details of
the photos is better on the Linux PC's larger 23.8" EIZO's screen.
