20.10 announced as released but only the beta is available

Oops, sorry. I rarely have to tell the time to anyone, let alone people in
other timezones.

The timezone that I'm in is BST (British Summer Time).

And I can now confirm I have downloaded ubuntu-20.10-desktop-amd64.iso and
verified its checksum.
