20.10 announced as released but only the beta is available

once https://ubuntu.com/ shows the announcement or the
https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-announce
mailing list shows it, it is out ... 

not before ... and even if you see something else than beta on
releases.ubuntu.com it does not mean it is out before the announcement
hits the lists and the website (in fact downloading from there prior to
announcement will delay the release because it slows down the mirroring
process) only once all images went through the whole QA proecess and
all mirrors have been propagated with the release images the
announcement will go out... 

currently all images are being re-spun due to a last minute issue found
with alsa, once these are QAed and mirrored to all download locations,
the release will be announced ... just be patient ;)

also, if you do not want to wait alone, there is the #ubuntu-release-
party IRC channel on freenode.net where people hang out waiting ...
