The twin magics of anycast and spit-view DNS can mean that different
people in different parts of the world can get different addresses for
the same things. Doesn't work for me either. Also an address ending in
zero is uncommon (not wrong or impossible, just rarely used because
they do tend to confuse people).

Two ending in zero? Nah. Let's check. Whois says:
NetRange: 209.85.128.0 - 209.85.255.255
CIDR: 209.85.128.0/17
NetRange: 216.239.32.0 - 216.239.63.255
CIDR: 216.239.32.0/19
... so I really don't think those are a valid addresses for Google
hosts.
