I admit that when I started it seemed logical that
full-upgrade
or even the more confusing (at least to my feeble mind)
dist-upgrade
would do exactly what "it says on the tin"
but twice a year we have a version of this talk, and once every two years we
have the bigger one (re waiting for .04.1 to come out or not)
