Can't boot to Ubuntu iso DVD

Is that _Optiplex_ 780?

Suggestion:
Press F2 when the Dell logo appears. Look for the "boot" section of
the menu. In there, look for a choice to change the order of boot
devices.
Move CD/DVD/optical drive to the top. After that, USB/removable devices.
*Then* the hard disk.
