there is a way to ask for permission to have the interfaces auto-
connect during install after a security review ... i just didnt get to
requesting it yet ... 

as an interim "snap info zoom-client" tells you about the interfaces,
as well as the snapcraft.io website does and for the people installing
via ubuntu software i subtly tried to add a screenshot that shows the
interfaces connected via ubuntu software ... [1]

i have been working on this snap as a spare time project for a while
(pre-dating covid-19) and only released it to stable yesterday ... 

i must say i'm a bit overwhelmed... its download stats in the store
start to look like an infection curve [2] :)
