video glitch on 20.04 with GeForce GTX 660

Are MB firmware updates pretty safe these days? I heard of it bricking MBs
back in the day. It has worked flawlessly in 18.04 with the existing fw,
but I guess that doesn't mean it doesn't have a problem. I'll give it a try.
