I also get 12 hour AM/PM on my Ubuntu server 20.04.

Never thought about it before, but how does one alter this
configuration from the terminal?

If I'm using date/time in a script then I use the formatting options so
the AM/PM/12/24hr question doesn't really matter, just curious.
