20.04 Install includes /etc/apt/sources.list.d/bionic-security.list

All I can say is my fresh install of focal does not have anything in
/etc/apt/sources.list.d.

Repos provided by the distro tend to be in /etc/apt/sources.list,
AFAIK.

Any third party software installed that may have added this? Would be
weird if it did.

I'd be tempted too. Also maybe report it as a bug.
