How to tell when a package was last updated?

Thanks, I hadn't thought to look for anything like zgrep, I just
unzipped all the compressed log files and used grep. I found what I
wanted too, the current version of tin had been installed back in
November 2019.
So I must have reconfigured something by mistake. I did recently exit
tin by mistake with a combination of random key hits (assisted by the
cat I think), I guess that must have done it. Fortunately I have
automatic incremental backups and was able to look back through
~/.tin/tinrc files to find the change.
