Windows 10 ISO images can be downloaded free of charge from
microsoft.com and it runs acceptably without registration or
activation. It works well in VirtualBox, if given about 8GB of RAM and
2 CPU cores.

If your only machine is an elderly Samsung netbook, though, I suggest
asking a friend, or visiting an Internet café or your local library.
