Does kickstart work on 20.04 LTS

I don't know which installer you're using.

If it's the desktop live one, [1] is an explanation of the preseeding
that can be done.

If you use the legacy server installer - d-i based - preseeding (and I
assume kickseeing) - will work. But it's unclear when Ubuntu'll stop
publishing them.
