no sound with new dell xps 17

Hi friends

today I got my shiny new dell xps 17.

After some fights against the installed bitlocker and the intel disk driver I 
have installed ubuntu 20.04.

As far as I can see everything works fine, but the sound.

In the sound settings I only have the "Dummy device" to select as input/output 
device.

I did uploaded the alsa settings to:

I would be grateful for hints how to get the sound working.
