Should do-release-upgrade upgrade from 18.04 LTS to 20.04 yet?

OP here, I already have 20.04 installed on two systems with no huge
issues, it works.  My question about the upgrade from 18.04 was
because I have one system that I keep on LTS versions rather than
upgrading every 6 months.

I run xubuntu though, not kubuntu.
