Should do-release-upgrade upgrade from 18.04 LTS to 20.04 yet?

Before you upgrade see what you are going to lose. I have been using
jpilot for ages; now it is dropped from Unbuntu 2020. there is no way I
am junking the Palm Pilot. I am looking for a distro that supports it.
