Should do-release-upgrade upgrade from 18.04 LTS to 20.04 yet?

I thought that 20.04.1 was available now so that a do-release-upgrade
on version 18.04 should offer the upgrade but I'm getting:-

    chris at backup$ more /etc/issue
    Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS \n \l

    chris at backup$ sudo -i
    [sudo] password for chris: 
    root at backup:~# do-release-upgrade
    Checking for a new Ubuntu release
    There is no development version of an LTS available.
    To upgrade to the latest non-LTS develoment release 
    set Prompt=normal in /etc/update-manager/release-upgrades.
