Stardict has gone & Pan problem in Ubuntu 20.04

Yes, you are right Debian indeed removed it from unstable for somewhat 
reason, and I've missed it.

But I do not think your guess about python is correct. Here what I've 
done... I installed all required deb packages for Stardict copied from my 
Debian apt/cache on Ubuntu 20.04. No complaints during installation and 
Stardict works as a charm as expected.

I hope Debian removed from Unstable only temporarily. Stardict if by far 
the best app of a kind. It is simple and up to the point.
