Debug symbol packages have section non-free when only main and universe in sources.list

Hello!

I have only main and universe components in sources.list[0] but some
dbgsym packages (e.g. seq-gen-dbgsym, zfs-test-dbgsym etc.) incorrectly
have section as contrib and non-free.

Here is the complete list of such packages I see in synaptic under
contrib or non-free sections:

$ grep-aptavail -n -FSection -sPackage --eregex 'contrib|non-free'|sort
