Hi,
Ubuntu upstream, aka Debian:
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/glibc
On the right side you can see in what packages it is spilt.
On the left side is the link against Ubuntu:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/glibc
Instead of using this link, the Ubuntu package search could be helpful:
https://packages.ubuntu.com/
->
https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?suite=eoan§ion=all&arch=any&keywords=glibc&searchon=names
->
https://packages.ubuntu.com/eoan/glibc-source
On the top there's a line"[ xenial ] [ xenial-updates ] [ bionic ]
[ bionic-updates ] [eoan ] [ eoan-updates ] [ focal ]
[ groovy ]"
Click the link that fits to your Ubuntu release.
To answer requests as yours to yourself, you could use

Regards,
Ralf
