Error after upgrade

After upgrading from 19.10 to 20.04, I see that root received two
messages of the form:

The following warning/error was logged by the smartd daemon:

Device: /dev/nvme0, number of Error Log entries increased from 72 to 73

Device info:
Samsung SSD 970 EVO 250GB, S/N:S465NB0K760314P, FW:1B2QEXE7, 250 GB

For details see host's SYSLOG.

However, SYSLOG has no details and just says what is in the email.

Which of the many error logs is being referred to, and where might I
find it? Both disks are M.2 drives.
