when is this message displayed?

Install hwinfo

  sudo apt update && sudo apt install hwinfo

run the following commands and copy and paste the commands with
complete unwrapped output to a reply

  lsb_release -a

  hwinfo --sound | grep -eDevice: -er\ Status -eActivation

  aplay -l; arecord -l
