Is it here yet? Focal Fossa (20.04 LTS) Final Freeze

I downloaded a beta to a system I'm using as a test desktop a week or so
ago. I have not noticed any problems.
Does the beta use what will become the standard repositories for updates?
Will it automatically update itself to the release version when that
happens?
