What happens to the sound, if you move the mouse cursor or a window?

Even while I'm missing some higher unique computer noises, I suspect
that is could be the computer. Sometimes computer noise is not that
unique, as it should be. If I connect a closed Superlux HDB671
headphone to my RME HDSPe AIO sound card, while the window of the room
is opened, so there's noise from the street, too, I hear very silent
rush, if I move the mouse or a window of the window manager. If I
connect a semi-opened AKG K240 DF, I don't hear any computer noise at
all.
