simple question about contacting Ubuntu suport

Thanks for the fast response.

I had visited that site, among others, and I still do not see a place on it
to start a case. I do have my login info for the paid support. I have a lot
of trouble with website, as I have limited vision, and a lot of things that
jump out to others are hard for me to see.
