Bluetooth reinstall

Hi!

It seems that I regained the original status of the system. Now I would 
like to fix this problem with th blue-tooth... I noticed that all the 
devices that my computer discovers are categorized as "all types". I am 
in a library, so there should be at least one phone or one input device 
on the list.

Where do you suggest to start solving the problem?
