I don't know senEmail...is that meant to be sendmail?
If you are on Linux and you install sendmail from the repos in the
normal way, it should work immediately on port 25, 465, and 587. You can
test that with the command I posted earlier.

If it doesn't, let us know what the security problem is and perhaps we
can help. If your ISP is insisting on some weird setting, it's going to
affect ALL MTAs you try to install, not just sendmail.

It is technically possible to send email without an MTA by addressing
port 25 with Telnet, but you need to read the relevant RFCs first, and
many ISPs don't allow port 25 now, preferring ports 465 or 587 instead,
and insisting (rightly) on encryption.
