openssh-server for 18.04 LTS

Hi

I have a new ubuntu 18.04 VM on a locked down network.  I am not able to find the openssh-server package.  Apt-cache search only sees openssh-client.   I don't have access to a lot of the default repos yet.  I'm working with the network team to get things opened up a bit.  Can someone point me to a repo where I can get openssh-server?
