Where in Germany do we find screws on a light switch's panel?
Perhaps a dirty cheap hot sheet hotel has got light switch panels with
screws, but then those screws are not necessarily grounded and they
might be isolated by paint anyway.

Today's ground wire colour in German is yellow+green, but in old
buildings it could be red, while AFAIK red for 3-phase current could be
a phase in old buildings.

Nobody knows what kind of bad wiring somebody has done inside the
joint boxes. For me there doesn't exist a colour for neutral wire, I
always test it.

This article should give an idea how to minimize potential differences,
but it's "funny" and inaccurate. Touching radiators or mixer taps
usually does work.
