Yes. JohnathonF said that companies were using his efforts for 
commercial purposes and most were unwilling to compensate him for the 
time he put in maintaining the ppa.

He said that he really didn't want to do what he did, but making it 
private seemed to be the only solution. Non-commercial users, like 
myself. were given a link to access the new private ppa. Now I just have 
to figure out how to get to work for me.
