how to autorun script at startup as administrator?

You can use the "Startup Applications" program. It accepts shortcuts
of any kind, including to scripts.
In Ubuntu MATE (which is what I use), it's in the MATE menu -->
System --> Preferences --> Personal --> Startup Applications.
In Ubuntu, you would open the Dash and do a search for the "Startup
Applications" program.
In Mint, you can do a search for the "Startup Applications" program in
your menu.
