If I Bcc to myself when using some ISPs, the mails I "receive" contain
intact readable Bcc headers! IOW the mails Bcc'ed to myself are
actually just copies, since if a mail was really sent via Bcc, the
received mail wouldn't contain a Bcc header anymore.

To ensure that the spam isn't already in their data base, send the mail
to yourself by using an email address of another provider.

If you should have very, very, especial super-good luck they
really passed it on to the appropriate teams, IOW to the technicians.
In Germany even the ISPs you pay don't care much about their customers
and regarding some issues you even can't go to law, since the general
terms and conditions might mention, that the internet service is just a
gift, there's no legal right to get a working gift. What you pay for
is not the gift, your monthly fee is for the service to get
advertisings and the fee is even not for the rooter as a whole, it's
just for the screw in the upper right corner of the router. The service
is for Windows users only. As long as you receive advertisings and as
long as the screw in the upper right corner of the router isn't
corroded, they fulfil the contract. Assuming the screw in the upper
right corner of the router should be corroded and you used the router
to access the Internet with a Linux machine, you need to pay for the
corroded screw, since the screw of the router is made for usage with
Windows only.

You probably consented to cover the price of your ISP's guitar lessons,
