It's OK for "/etc/resolv.conf" to be symlinked to
"/run/resolvconf/resolv.conf" if resolvconf is installed and running.
Given that Ubuntu's now defaulting to systemd-networkd, make sure that
the latter's started and created
"/run/systemd/resolve/stub-resolv.conf" then symlink
"/etc/resolv.conf" to it, and uninstall resolvconf.
