Your question is unclear.

Do you mean *in Gmail* or in Thunderbird?

If in Thunderbird, just remove the 2nd gmail account. Then the primary
one will get the messages for both.

I have linked a number of Gmail accounts like this and find it very useful.

How did you "link" them?

Please describe the steps.

You're not giving enough info and I don't understand what you're
looking at or where. We need much more detailed context.
