18.04 has no support for my printer

I am in South Africa. Johannesburg actually. We lag behind somewhat.

I am getting comfortable with operating a terminal; Just very little
idea of which commands will help.

This old dog hopes to remain an end user.


We seem to be getting close to a solution to printing!
