File Manager with Operation History?

Take a look at Rodent and SpaceFM. I guess both don't provide it by
default, but both are easy to customize. If I use a file manager, than
I'm using SpaceFM with several tools I added by shell scripts. However,
Rodent does really use shell for those operations, so it should be easy
to redirecting stdout an stderr to a history file.
