OK, lacking any particular specialist knowledge, it looks like it's
periodically re-detecting your monitor.

So...

* Check your cable is securely connected! (Start with the simplest
possible stuff)

What graphics controller do you have?
What monitor?
What kind of connection?
Do you have any alternatives to hand?

Have you tried updating your firmware?
