I posted the issue on snapcraft.io, not a single peep from anyone on
the list and there are hundreds of posts a day. This is still going on:

I've Googled storehelpers.go:413: cannot refresh: and got no help. Now
if you Google it all top hits are my posts to snapcraft.io, LQ.org,
Reddit.
