Hi,

On my server I have a brand new SanDisk Extreme Pro 64GB CFast 2.0
card for the operating system (Ubuntu 16.04 LTS) but from time to time
I see the following kernel error messages repeated a few times:

[Mon Jul 30 06:30:39 2018] ata1.00: failed command: WRITE FPDMA QUEUED
[Mon Jul 30 06:30:39 2018] ata1.00: cmd

[Mon Jul 30 06:30:39 2018] ata1.00: status: { DRDY }
[Mon Jul 30 06:30:39 2018] ata1.00: failed command: READ FPDMA QUEUED

[Mon Jul 30 06:30:39 2018] ata1.00: status: { DRDY }
[Mon Jul 30 06:30:39 2018] ata1: hard resetting link

[Mon Jul 30 06:30:39 2018] ata1.00: configured for UDMA/133
[Mon Jul 30 06:30:39 2018] ata1: EH complete

The card should be fine as it is brand new. Is there any setting from
the Ubuntu side I need to do? or does anyone know what do these error
messages exactly mean?

Best regards,
John
