A lot of people still use 64bit machines with spinning hard
disks. Actually I'm still doing backups on external spinning hard disks
for good reasons. Anyway, if a drive of a 32bit machine should get
borked, the user needs to replace it most likely with a refurbish IDE or
SCSI drive, since new drives are usually SATA drives.
